We are Marissa and Paul, and along with our two sons, Lucas and Mathew, we have built a home filled with energy, love, laughter, and deep connection. We don’t know your story, but we want you to know that we see the strength it takes to even be here, reading this. You matter, and your story matters.
Our life is centered around being present with each other. We enjoy simple, meaningful moments; family dinners, trips, playing outside, movie nights, and spending time with loved ones. Our home is active and joyful, but also steady, safe, and full of love.
Marissa is a social worker who has spent years walking alongside families during difficult seasons, and that has shaped the way she loves with empathy, patience, and understanding. Paul is a hardworking crane operator. He recently made a career change so he could spend more time at home, which reflects how much we value being present for our children. Paul is compassionate, generous, steady, and deeply devoted to our family.
Lucas and Mathew are best friends. Lucas is outgoing and imaginative, and Mathew is thoughtful and kind. They both have huge hearts and are already so excited about the idea of having a younger sibling to play with, teach, love, and protect. They have so much love to give.
Our journey to adoption has come from both hope and heartbreak. After having our boys, we spent years trying to grow our family again. When that didn’t happen, we leaned into our faith and took time to process, pray, and heal. Adoption became something we felt called to, not as a second choice but as a path we have prayed about, prepared for, and feel truly honored to walk.
If you choose our family for your baby, we want you to know your child would be deeply loved, intentionally chosen, and supported every step of the way. We will always honor their story and speak of you with respect and gratitude.
