Hi, we are Matt and Kaci!

We currently live in Dallas, Texas and have been married for almost six years. We are both from a small town in Texas where our parents still live today. Kaci is a middle school health teacher and coach and Matt works in college athletics. If you can’t tell, we love sports (Matt still thinks he could be in the NBA or on the PGA Tour ;)). Whether we are coaching, playing, or watching, sports are a large part of our life. Sports have taught us many lessons, and we embrace the opportunity to share that with the next generation.

In our free time we like to be outdoors, travel, spend time with Kaci’s nephews, and play with our yellow lab, Murphy. We are involved in our church and meet weekly with our small group. We are grateful for a community that is full of laughter and love, that has a good time together. They have carried us through this season of waiting.

We have a deep desire to be parents but after four years of trying and fertility treatments, that dream has not yet become reality. Adoption has always been something we wanted to have as part of our story, we just did not know it might be the main way we grow our family. We believe this journey is worth it despite the difficulties and we are excited to be a part of your story, too!

We look forward to growing our family and starting traditions for special occasions and holidays. We know our lives will forever be changed for the better.
